To help you celebrate the 2026 edition of the International Day for Biological Diversity (IDB), the team at the CBD Secretariat has assembled the following campaign toolkit that everyone can use:
- Concept note: The note contains information on the rationale and structure of the IDB 2026 campaign that can help your celebration align with the IDB theme.
- Logo package: Logo files are available for downloading in all six United Nations languages, and in a range of versions tailored to multiple forms of digital and offline usage. The accompanying guide to ensure consistent use of the logo is available here.
- Social media assets: This IDB 2026 Trello Board contains a suite of branded visual assets that you can use to beat the drum for biodiversity and those who are acting locally to halt and reverse biodiversity loss.
- Tips for your IDB videos: If you are planning to make a buzz on social media with a compelling video message endorsing IDB 2026, the best quality clips are filmed horizontally in 4K at 24fps or at least 1920x1080 Full HD at 24fps and preferably a video file in .mp4 or .mov format. Filming in a quiet environment using a natural light is also highly recommended for the best quality of the video.
